The gallery has moved from Berlin to Tuebingen in Southern Germany. The company Heckenhauer has been based there as a rare book dealer for more than 175 years. Starting from October 2009 on we’ll show a selection of contemporary photography by Nadya Kuznetsova, Vladimir Kupriyanov, Jens Liebchen, Peter Neusser and Grit Schwerdtfeger. These and other works could be seen by appointment and while the opening hours Thursday and Friday from 2 – 6pm and Saturday from 11am to 3 pm. Until we’ll continue the regular shows, we’ll plan for 2010 temporary shows f. e. in Munich and Berlin. Photography will be the main focus of the gallery, but in our rare book department we’ll enlarge the program and offer more and more graphic prints, like woodcuts and lithographs by Conrad Felixmüller and Erich Heckel f.e.
